About Us
Since I founded Good Earth Learning Center more than 12 years ago, it has been my dream to be inclusive of every child who wants to be part of our nature learning environment. Children in our outdoor learning spaces are immersed in nature, learn at their own pace, and receive the educational services they need. This nonprofit allows us to provide a haven of learning for children, from birth through high school, who would thrive in our forest environment but need financial assistance.
Good Earth is growing! We just finished building a second location to accommodate the growing school family and meet the demand for outdoor learning. Situated on 20 acres of forest land to explore, the new school is a modern 3,600 square-foot building designed for children to observe scenic views and wildlife and connect with nature.
The second school location at 170 Ballard Road in Cabot opened in June of this year!
Every day, there are approximately seven kids whose parents reach out to me about a space for their child in this safe, nurturing environment. Your generous donation will ensure the kids who are waiting to join Good Earth Learning Center can begin attending our unique forest school as soon as possible.

Learning in nature
Hands-on Education
Good Earth Learning Center provides an educational opportunity for forest learning with developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on connecting with nature and play. We follow a forest kindergarten model, student led and project based with most of our learning time spent outdoors immersed in nature.

Support our mission to provide nature-based education for all who need
Recently, our school family celebrated a major milestone: We have received IRS approval to accept donations for our nonprofit, Friends of the Forest!
The second school location is on track to open in the late spring, but we need help from the community to finish strong! Our goal is to raise $100,000 for final construction costs, furnishings and new learning materials and supplies.
